Detect and develop: why talent needs more than a verdict

In many talent identification processes in Colombia the story repeats itself: someone watches a video, issues a verdict and everything ends there. The player is left without knowing what he has, what he lacks or what to do with that information.

A single responsibility

The TPP Proyect Method starts from a different idea: detecting talent and developing it are the same responsibility, not two separate businesses. A player with real qualities doesn’t just need to be seen; he needs a clear path to turn that potential into sustained performance.

Two phases that feed each other

That is why the method has two phases. The first answers the question does this player have what it takes to reach high performance? The second answers how do we get him there?

  • Phase 1 · Talent detection: five evaluation structures applied to match video.
  • Phase 2 · Player development: a training hierarchy that runs from perception to execution to position.

The complete player, inside the real game

Both phases share the same underlying principle: we don’t evaluate or train isolated gestures. We evaluate and train the complete player, inside the real game. That way, diagnosis and training speak the same language, because they are part of the same method.

That is our starting point: we don’t just find talent, we develop it.
