The TPP Proyect Method is not a list of loose services: it is a cycle in which each step feeds the next.
The six steps
- Video: the starting point is match video.
- Detection (5 structures): the player is evaluated through five lenses.
- Honest diagnosis: what he has today, what he lacks.
- Hierarchical development plan: perception, execution and position, in order.
- Evolution record: tracking the player’s progress.
- Projection to performance football.
The map of where to start
The five structures of detection are not just a snapshot of the player at a given moment; they are also the map that defines where his development begins. A player strong in the Technical-Coordinative structure but weak in the Cognitive one enters the process on a different route from one with the opposite pattern.
A real showcase for clubs and scouts
In parallel, every player who goes through this process, whether detected or in development, is registered in the first database of young Colombian talent evaluated with this criterion: a real showcase, with history and evidence, for national and international clubs and scouts.
